The latest update regarding Cleave's Home Fragrance and the Coronavirus, please read:

As an online-only business, we are able and encouraged to continue to work within the strict government guidelines. We aim to continue our monthly Restocks as and when we can, and will continue delivering our goods to you for as long as the postal systems remain up and running.

With that in mind, we'd like you to know that all usual staff who help with the picking and packing of orders are practicing social distancing in their own homes and therefore will not be joining us for the foreseeable future. Myself and Dan will be wearing gloves, making sure that sanitising procedures are carried out at frequent intervals and ensuring all work is being carried out in our own home in our designated work room.

We have a 'Drop & Go' account with the Post Office (a minutes drive away) which allows us to drop all of our parcels off in one go with no need to queue and no need to handle payments at the counter, therefore limiting any form of unnecessary social contact. 

Regarding DPD delivery, their service continues as normal for the most part, however there are a few minor changes; Instead of dropping parcels off at a local pick-up shop, all DPD parcels will now be collected directly from our house at no extra cost to the customer - we will incur those fees ourselves. This is to avoid unnecessary travelling to and from the pick-up shop and to adhere to the social distancing instruction.

Both Royal Mail and DPD will not ask you to sign for your parcel. Instead, they sign on your behalf and ensure that you are home and aware your parcel has been delivered from a safe distance. DPD request that you leave instructions on your door of any 'safe place' in which you would like your parcel to be delivered. Alternatively, if you have the DPD App, you can leave instructions on there. More info regarding deliveries can be found on the Royal Mail and DPD website.

We ask that when placing an order with us, please carefully consider an appropriate delivery address that will still be open to accept your delivery from us. We currently have no minimum order and our turn around time is still 1-2 weeks.

Please note that all of the above will be under constant review and will change as necessary when we are instructed to do so.
